Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good company..management is supportive and they give hike if you will work consistently...but company don't provide any facilities. Overall good company for freshers they is lot to learn

Dislikes

Don't provide any facilities... Incentive depends not only on your hard work because you only do lead generation.. if you have good luck then you will get incentives everytime.. doesn't provide work from home at any circumstances
