Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I think QEC is one of greatest company in Saudi Arabia which is provide authenic learning environment especially for adults learners. However, there are many advantages with contract to other companies.

The only problem in QEC project manger are not experience enough to be directors for qualifed instructor that could be seen clearly in Jouf University.
