There is nothing to like. The period of time I work there I regret as I wasted that..

If possible to give 0 star. I would like that, to share the real faces of the administration there, the MD is mood swing patient who are always fighting together n gets beaten by co-founder we can say..even if he has the direct contact with patients in treatment planning... they never care for the patient who is suffering. They are using low quality medical treatment at high cost. For rural n backward people there .... Ther sduty hours for nursing staff is like 24hours * 4 days than 1 day off ....than again 24*4 days.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
