Initial joining benefits good like bonus for Diwali & Christmas/January Cake delivery surprise. Basic level training from Udemy courses

Dislikes

Managers knowledge very poor, not professional & low class mentality, unnecessary hierarchy non-billable managers/staff and seeing mostly managerial level from Tamilnadu. Management doesn't think Market trend and recession situation and doesn't think about clients for their needs about resources need to continue for their projects, simply close the contract and send their employees to bench (even in bench already 200 people), worst Managerial and business skills. advise management to remove unnecessary Managers, any how those non-billable staff only right. Management trapping employees for onsite opportunities to retain them. it is purely service based & clients location working company. For Appraisal, they consider/weightage only what you learn, what value added from that to Company, won't consider your hard work & no weightage for your work.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, peak favouritism to ex-cognizant bosses to ex-cognizant hires, biased promotions, Indian employees made to work 15-16 hours per day and forced to take more and more responsibilities without any renumeration hike, CMO does not know marketing and is leading only to fire people and harass existing ones

Only one thing is good salary credit on time. Flexible time Monday to Friday

Dislikes

There is no plans for employees if one project is gone there is no option for employees if a project is gone and the team is of 10 employees there is only 2 employees have option for switching the project there is no security . Some high authority use wrong use of power some people show they are only genius no planing for delivery things I'm not happy.

Likes

Salary credited on time and there is no any extra deduction in salary as well the staff members are very Supportive.

Dislikes

As per the current situation in IT industry,they don't have strong plan for their employees to switch in other project. so the work balance life is not good. they should have alternate option for employees to switch their project, 2 people get chance to switch another project in out of 10 peoples.

Likes

They have flexible timings to work plus for some clients they give permanent work folrom home options. Politics atmosphere is almost zero specially with the team I am working.

Dislikes

The salary hike is not so good for the employees with less salary. Also, the promotion policy is not good.
