Managers knowledge very poor, not professional & low class mentality, unnecessary hierarchy non-billable managers/staff and seeing mostly managerial level from Tamilnadu. Management doesn't think Market trend and recession situation and doesn't think about clients for their needs about resources need to continue for their projects, simply close the contract and send their employees to bench (even in bench already 200 people), worst Managerial and business skills. advise management to remove unnecessary Managers, any how those non-billable staff only right. Management trapping employees for onsite opportunities to retain them. it is purely service based & clients location working company. For Appraisal, they consider/weightage only what you learn, what value added from that to Company, won't consider your hard work & no weightage for your work.

Management doesn't know how to treat employees, They will sacrifice their own employees just for the client benefits, Top management is spreading discrimination based of nativity and caste. I and my team experienced it personally

Higher management Re-Orgs are very Frequent In Corona time they have fired more than 250 employee but higher management did not cut there salary They will tell you to learn or acquire any skill in 24hrs for any client No work Life balance

Qualitest India::worst leave policy Micromanagement, less salary, no appraisal on time. Management was good earlier. But it changed gradually from good to worse by joining of new vp for delivery (US projects)and new delivery managers from past 1 year who are always thinking of their benefits.. they frustrate employees to the peak. Our beloved MD should speak to every individual and to not listen to any of the above managers when it comes to the appraisal. He has to listen to the concerns of the employees. I was in Qualitest for those many years only becoz of our hard-working M.D which would motivate me. Also New Vp's show off meetings. Boosting about himself his previous career and trying to implement the previous company policies here. His dnt care policy for MD would make me angry . It was the most irritating part in the Qualitest journey. People partners should be called as management partners as they used to speak for the management. Just speaking in english and coming in good attire is not enough. Please try to be communicative. Wish everything will be fine in future and I would love to come back as I am emotionally attached to the organisation
