It is concerning that employees may be asked to take unpaid leave for a month or even longer if there is not enough work available. Additionally, there are set login times, there are no designated logout time, which can result in work hours extending 12 or 12 hours without overtime compensation. Employees are also required to work on their days off. I urge current employees to report these issue to the labor court, For those searching for jobs, I advise not to apply for ever for Qualitas Global

If you are fresher and you don't have knowledge about any technical thing then you can just join and side by side prepare for technical thing
