Working criteria is good and some other cultural activities also is very good to spend some funny and enjoying movements with other departments. It's also good idea to gathering with all department some historical days. Birtday celebration at the month end is also very good activities.

Dislikes

Salary should be provided withind 1st to 5 th date of month. At the time of diwali festival company not give bonus facilities and not any gift to employees this is drawback of company.

Young management with young thinking. Growing company. Good working culture.

Dislikes

Management is so good that no wants to quit. Current age of company is 3 years, everything is going to be inline with other pharmaceutical companies.
