While my time at Quadwave Consulting has had its positive aspects, there are a few areas where I belive imporvement could enhance the overall work experinece. A structured approach to workload distribution might allevite stress and contribute to a healthier work-life balance.

The work environment is something that you won't get in most of the companies. I just joined here, but i can say that i see a very good future working here. Good people, less work pressure, flexible work timing, and leisure time in-between all together contribute a positive vibe.

Aggrandizement of skill set, and will get a chance to work in numerous projects and technologies.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Sometimes to meet the deadlines management will make employees stretch towards their timings. However they allow to take leave as well.

Management lives in a shell of its own, Root level problems are handled by people who create it so top management has no clue.
