Work from home not there, but irony is this is told upfront to employees and employees join the company, and then they leave because wfh is not there. C’mon guys we need to grow up!

No wfh even if there's an emergency. The only option is to lose money and take leave. And if theres an emergency then even if you are admitted in hospital they expect you to be present.

There’s no job security and HR does not consider employee welfare. The management makes overnight decisions of relocation and shutting down operations leading to losing job. The financial settlements are not fair and square. Work culture is very oppressive under management.
