There are lot of employees at mid management who don't work and put all the pressure to front line workers. Company doesn't give any increment even after 5 years of working. Management doesn't take any action on non working employees. Management is just careless.

Management director constantly gives and forces to do the same donkey work task unlimited times.No knowledge or outcome from the work experience became too difficult to find next job for 4 months after leaving the company.

No skill or knowledge development here It became too difficult to find next job for me for more than 4 months.This company uses no software tools or technologies, your experience will not be considered in outside any companies.Dont stay here for more than 2-3 months your career will degrade and destroyed.
