Professional working environment Management by objective Work life balance and job security Ideas and opinions from team are well heard and welcomed. Ample growth opportunities, and regular skill development initiatives The culture and policies are very favourable for female employees, (like Uber for home to office travel) Excellent office ambience and facilities

Dislikes

No dislikes as such, but the fast paced growth in the company sometime brings in added responsibility on the team, however it also opens up multiple opportunities for the individuals to elevate exponentially.

I have been working here for the past one and a half years as a Senior Sales Manager.This company has truly given me the opportunity to spread my wings and grow in my career.When i first joined ,I started as associate and within just 6 months I have advanced to the position of Sr.Sales Manager.This company is not only encourages hard work but also provides all the support you need to succeed.If you are committed to your carrier and strive for growth , this is the company that will help you achieve your goals.

It is basically a CRM company, they don't have good projects for other developers and incompetent favorites sitting higher up. They don't give leaves, it's WFH, even if your parents get hospitalized. I would have given skill development 0 but it's not possible.
