nothing , bas do bande hai wo manager ki chate hai or enjoy krte hai

Dislikes

even the road side cloth shops are well developed , cleaned and maintained as compared to this company, no work life balance , no salary hikes , just they want to get famous over night , even the manager don't know about SEO and technical terms like that , don't have knowledge of speaking and delivering lectures just want money , I joined them as a intern and they did not even told us anything. Pathetic culture , rats are everywhere , spiders , too much dust , filthy water , no amenities , and you have to work on off hours and even on sundays.

Dislikes

The manager is pathetic. Be a chaatu & you will stay in company. Be a bold speaker or an idea giver you will be thrown out because of some silly reason. They expect the same output as of FTE with INTERN but pays very less according to industrial standards. No training for anyone. They expect people to give them 100 and in return they give 10.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
