Work Life balance is something to consciously prioritize and work towards as otherwise there will always be work that can be done 24/7 ; Work pressure on deliverables can sometimes come all at once and be overwhelming; There could be constant refresher training so the senior dietitians have to guide the new joinees step by step; Sometimes the quality of colleagues drops which can affect the balance of work in the company.

...ies. One fixed and one variable. I earn more than my fixed and that is uncapped. So in a given month I can earn more than salary or whatever amount I can service or convert in the company. The company is very transparent in its HR, operations and sales. The client is treated with utmost respect to getting the best Dietary service in the world. Also the entire company is women except for the Founder Mr Ryan Fernando. The care given to the women is beyond what is stated. THE YOUNGER GIRLS cry about stress but they do not see the PERIOD leave which was there a decade ago before it became a norm to me marketed by new age companies. we get 10 additional days for our marriage as paid leave plsus maternity benefits. The company has even helped with caretaker help for the kids. It is a company where dietitian want to work with the best and be the best. Performers are glorified by their common dashboard in the CRM software so in reality the lazy ones leave and crib about the stress of the job. I have been here 9 years and love every morning!

The stress from the demands of the clients wanting their nutrition plans or picking their calls on holidays. The company makes up for this in the form of a service incentive and sales incentive and 1 month I took home over 80KRs as an incentive.

Updated with new changes that affects food habits like genetic, microbiome testing, omega 3 testing etc.

Work Pressure can get high sometimes as you have to keep up with client progress and also do backend work. At times it can feel overwhelming but there are phases and one gets adapted to it with time.

Dislikes

Work load is high most of times (work hours go above 12 hours as well), which makes a nutritionist compromise on her or his own good nutrition & lifestyle habits. There are certain unnecessary sheets that are asked to fill (which takes most of the time & energy)- if that gets automated it will save energy & efforts, quality check seems less nurturing & more like a revenge (or to show supremacy , is a lot opinionated which makes the dietician wonder if the initial perspective was incorrect & doubt her own abilities which then makes the work of interest a mundane task), leaves are not flexible (it doesnt always consider how hard you work), out of fear of escalation you also need to keep a check on your phone on holidays (which doesnt make any sense to a holiday)
