Nothing to like about the organisation. There is no employee benefits. They majorly focus on hiring the freshers and they keep doing the hiring firing as the retention rate is very low.

Dislikes

Their policies changes as per their own Convinient. The Organization only thinks about their own benefits and they don’t bother about the employees growth and benefits. They don’t have insurance, gratitude or any other benefit's. Once you leave the organisation they will be deducting your incentives which you had earned in the past from your hard earned salary. Before joining the organisation please ask them for all the rules and policies and also take all the proofs over email in writing. Never believe on their verbal communications because they can easily forget whatever they had said as they don’t came from HR background so they don’t know the ethics and professionalism about the betterment of their working employees. If you are really looking for a career in Human Resource I would suggest kindly don’t join this organisation.

NO working culture. NO Job security. Biasness Poor clients Poor infrastructure. Company don't stick on their words Top heads will never listen to you. NO Salary hike. will not pay you on time cannot take emergent leaves, if you do they will deduct your two days salary. Office environment filled with gossips, politics, toxicity and what not. WORST COMPANY TO EVER WORK WITH.. None of the Head of the company will even try to hear your issues if you have any. just work like def and dumb person who can never ever complain and if you do they will make your life hell and will create circumstances to terminate you for no reason. for no reason all of a sudden they can ask you to sit at home for a month or so just because they dont have enough work to give you. NO JOB SECURITY they dont value employees they are madly biased for one person and will not listen anything against him no matter what even if that person will harass you they ll just keep their eyes close since that man is generating revenue pathetic org to work with specially if you are a girl. they make false promises to get you in and then will make your life miserable they will leave you with no choice but to only self criticize yourself as to why you joined this org.
