Literally manager of my branch i worked with he is disrespect all commerce grads he treats only btech grads r having gud commitment they r only professionals and other grads r unskilled labour to him and he is feeling lyk commerce grads won't get beyond 3 lakhs for him open ur blind eyes nd watch without a commerce grad a company can't survive with budgeting,costing,risk management and HR and i don't know how come they r the manager without having this basic sense nd he is not even respecting MBA grads as well there is no respect from the managers to their employees they will make us to stay 10 to 14hrs some times it will be lyk if ur gng at 8am then they will leave by 9pm there is kind of things lyk how the girl wil return back at late night just waste of time to join over there

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company for prospective employees seeking career development and fair compensation."

...ns are very horrible compared to IT companies and small scale industries for eg. If ur salary package is 2.4 lpa u will get 1.8 lpa in ur hand and little money would be invested to ur pf account i.e 1 or 1.2k that's it remains 3.8k they'll eat in the name of yours

...er time as well If you want to work as hr they will treat you as invigilator I HAD AN TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS JOB BE ALERT IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE TAKE SALARY AND EXPERIENCE LETTER 1ST BECAUSE THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU THE EXPERIENCE LETTER AS WELL.
