this company not supporting me during covid -19.when announced covid-19 i am on working in field and working period i am stay a hotel not on our room and i have not food and money because not get last 2 month salary and 3 month TA from march month after some i get money in june month and i doing work fully in may and june from room and i am given resign in August month because company not given salary and taken fully work from room and until not clearance my rest payment.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
