Nothing as such but could pay attention towards the pay and promotions for the employees who have worked for a longer duration.

...f KPIs. The only con I feel is it's very competitive and difficult to grow here. Anyone who joins with higher position like 'manager' won't face much issue regarding salary though. But annual bonus is good. There is opportunity to get award and quarterly bonus for outstanding performance.

Only increment of salary so far. There should be promotion and career growth for atleast one hardworking person in each team every year.

QS is a great place to learn while working. I have grown a lot during my time at QS professionally.

Dislikes

We are allowed to speak but most of the time, decisions are not made based on the group discussion. We are not realistic and are too ambitious, which leads to a fall in targets.
