Work life balance is just a joke for this company. Not only this, they even don't stand on any good parameter for the Employee. If you're going to work, do not go. You'll find boss blind on only one person, he'll believe everything she tells him. In a short period i saw 10s of people leaving the company, just because of that one so called female lead senior karta dharta employee who herself is free to do everything(free to go at any time, can take countless leaves) but always put leg in others work which is not even her work ultimately. But one thing she does is chattering all the day. Definitely someday if i had a chance to open a company i would never make these kind of people sit on my head, rendering my employees to leave and ruining my company. Don't know how dumb a BOSS can be behind a person that he doesn't care about other 10 remaining. I could write many things but that all shall be least to explain this company cum Dukaan. Rest you can join this company and you'll understand yourself.

Company is focused only on one employee. Doesn't care about any other. All your efforts are just drained saying only she did her job, dhe completed the project and anyone else were just taking salaries without doing anything

I worked as a biostatistician and worked on three projects in one month but they are not releasing my payments They use professionals and leave them. Do not join them as an independent consultant. They will keep fooling people
