Everything, the way they treat employees is far worse than anything here. They feed off from employees's salary in the name of fine. They used abusive language while communication. They fool you before joining the company by sugar-coating words. But the reality is they don't even have a pinch of professionalism. Mistakes are being laid on someone innocent and eventually fining them with hefty fines. They did not provided the employees with good eating place, we used to sit on buckets and a plywood which was there in dusty terrace and chairs were provided few days before one audit was conducted. When we showed our concerns regarding salary being credited late as we had our bills to pay, we were being told that you don't work enough even after getting the projects run smoothly. They even passed degrading comments to some employees targeting their family background which is really bad.

...e to learn and grow. People who professionally want to grow only they can work.. Salary are as per industry standards.

This company is a scam in disguise, run by leeches ( Boss and his favorite one )who suck employees dry with random fines. They sugarcoat lies before hiring, then treat you like trash yelling, abusing, and blaming the innocent. Salaries are delayed, but dare to ask? “You don’t work hard enough.” There’s no lunch area,just buckets and dusty plywood .To top it off, they humiliate employees with degrading comments about their families. This isn’t a job, it’s a hostage situation. If karma is real, this management is first in line for payback.

Company is focused only on one employee. Doesn't care about any other. All your efforts are just drained saying only she did her job, dhe completed the project and anyone else were just taking salaries without doing anything

The boss is so dumb and mad over a female employee. And that idiot does everything what that witch headed lady says to him. I can't believe how dumb a Boss can be that he know that 20-30 people have come and quit the company just because of that witch but still he blindly accept it. If you start working there, you will see every single thing in serious or in joke, that witch will carry to the Boss and you can say "She will do anything which degrade you in front of boss" and will leave no chance. And this is not at all a Contract Research Organization. They hoax young graduates by saying they have phase 2-3 studies but they just do fake observational studies. All the data collected are damn fake. Dumb company and blind boss over a Lady.
