While leaving the organization faced multiples issues including one of the senior management persons telling that you will be not succeeded in life after leaving this organization. This organization is better for your future etc. and the company always goes through multiple changes like every 3 months there's some organization level change in each department which makes hard to follow up with the projects and everything related to work.

Supportive Seniors and management, Annual function, Recognition, Knowledge and Skills add-on, Hands-on, Travel across the Globe, PAN India, etc. Lots of perks and benefits.

The thought process of the management is to nurture the resources with lot of patience and care. If, by any chance the resource is not fitting into the position for which he/she is hired, there is lot of efforts from the management to re-position the resource in some other relevant and appropriate functions. This is rarely seen. There are lot of efforts made to provide a super sense of psychological net which provide a sense of security in the employees mind and hence he can focus on his work without any fear. The work culture is quite open and healthy, Policies are employee centric. It's a great place to work with having a long term growth perspectives

Dislikes

There is always a room for improvement, and being a 6 year young organization, there is substantial room, as long as the management is focused on People, it is just a matter of time. One very important thing is there no room for politics and the matters are resolved in a very transparent manner. Appraisal system needs little more clarity and there need to be more push on innovation aspects.

Trusting their resources to exercise their roles the way they are comfortable doing it. Job security is their priority for their people, to nurture them and grow in their fields.
