Dislikes

No soul/culture of the company - transactional, absolutely 0 bonding with teammates, just 1 off-site annually which is not enough to inculcate belongingness in the company. For Indian folks, there will be no switching opportunities, US people can move to clients easily but Indians can't due to obvious visa situations. That leaves very few opportunities in a handful of companies in India (ZS, Axtria, etc.). Work is not back-end but, without on-site opportunities, feels like. Skills gained in this company would not be appreciated in the Indian market (definitely in the US if you managed to secure H1B/Work-permit).

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
