good place to start.

Dislikes

Management is unresponsive to employee concerns. The company will make you sign a bond period which is unethical. New joiners and freshers don't understand that, and they take advantage of this.

Not any single point to like this company.

Dislikes

Horrible place to work... No hr policy.... Management team is not good they treated the employees like a slave..... The person who cannot love with their personal life the qts is the right place for work.. If you trying to switch the job and give the resignation to company the management team put false blame on you for data theft shows fear of becoming many more false cases

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
