I was engaged in safety audit of central coalfields limite. Being a ex-coal INDIA man, I have not faced any problem. I looked after e&m aspect in ug, cop mine. I had total experience of 34 yrs in coal industry. I got superannuated from Cmpdi as CE(E&M) in. 2010.

Dislikes

Compensation is not that decent as the money flow was terribly bad during 2015 & 2016. However the work pressure was quite high as they quoted very low in the tender. Further training procedures were faulty & some points it is missing

Dislikes

The salary structure is exploitative kind. The promise something and when time comes they start looking left and right to avoid paying the discussed amount . This is specially prevelant at the time of annual increament.

The owner of the company is not interesting about his accumulated losses and no difference for him if it will continue in the future by the same losses, beside that he not a good manager.
