Bioclinica is a wonderful platform for persons who took carrier in pharmacovigilance. Trainings, work culture, colleagues, guidance are good but for freshers package will be less compared to other pv companies.For experienced that won't impact much because they will provide good package based on experience. They will provide promotions in periodic manner that's one of the good part.Overall everything is good.

Nothing, absolute worst organization.

No work-life balance, management treat employees as low-standard and expect them to work 24X7 with bare minimum salary. HR and managers do not communicate with employees and absolute non-helpful nature. Leaves are not granted easily, overtimes not gets paid on time. Very toxic culture.

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

The management took some time to resolve the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

the company location is Mysore, that was the only positive point

very bad work culture and WLB crumbled, we have to pay for company transportation, WFH option was there on corona time and it was 24 hrs working mode etc etc

Only thing we can like working in this company is salary.

Dislikes

Poor management and reckless behaviour by people who are in higher positions. Worst trainings will be provided and expects a 100% quality and makes employee to work on weekend though the case volume is less. There is no work life balance. TLs and managers feels like employee is a slave.
