Job security. Team members are supportive. Main thing is it is located in Mysore which is better place to bring up your kids.

Lot of politics. No pay structure and no value for the employees who stays in company for many years.

Yes I like it but I don't like team behaviour.

Dislike- there is no work life balance, they only get the work done, they don't pay salary. Don't get promotion. Mental health is also not good because of working here.

The overtime and the salary was good. And I they were providing WFH. Otherwise, the work culture is absolutely terrible.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. All they want is you tied to your device 24/7. The management of workflow and the management of employee details are terrible. There's no work-life ethics. And the lay-off of 400 deserving candidates was unbelievable.

...s of experience here with lot of adhoc activities along with daily productivity. In the end the compensation I received is not even equal to a fresher package. Major dislike is company doesn't value the experienced associates who are with organisation for more than 3 years. No enough recognition.
