Qima has various platform to develop both our skill and knowledge. The pay scale is fair compare to other companies.

Dislikes

Being 100% dedication and honest to the work position , it doesn't get valued correctly . Since I got changed from full time to part time . I feel its totally unfair and my work for the company was not valued correctly .

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is very poor and no time for family and no leave in week end… too much mentally harassment. Poor planning for inspector. No Health insurance as it was travel job.
