Being 100% dedication and honest to the work position , it doesn't get valued correctly . Since I got changed from full time to part time . I feel its totally unfair and my work for the company was not valued correctly .

The manager has made the company culture like a BPO, company has hired an non-technical person to run a complete technical company who loves to promote their newly employed friends

...rk I do with more satisfaction. There is great opportunity to learn and explore. But the COVID situation impacted me a lot as my company did transfer my Job into part time with no salary no motivation which affected the personal life badly.

Working atmosphere is very poor and no time for family and no leave in week end… too much mentally harassment. Poor planning for inspector. No Health insurance as it was travel job.
