For freshers it's good company but there is no growth of salary .Designation will be increased but salary remains same. One time food and two tea times.

Dislikes

No hike in salary. There is no difference between casual, diploma and btech students.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes from the side of manager because of the demand & sometimes people of company misbehaving.
