Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

My working experience with this company is excellent. The talking about work culture, it is very free & friendly environment. Everyone has the right to share their opinion regarding project & task or even the company environment & infrastructure. As this is a startup, we all are involved in the management. And basically, QHills is driven by all of us and evolve with us. So allover administration is very good.

It is not disliked but as the company grows some changes also done.
