Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

This is a Trarrible expeerinace even seen. Also this is a disgusting company that use employee money. They can drink blood of an employee like a juice and they enjoys doing same. They would say something when u join. After that they show colours. It's an organized company first also u don't have ethicks that can continue as a company. Very sad n bad expeeriance. Which was costed me 5 lakhs loss. I was been paid only 1 lakhs against 4 months... 3 months salary.. 3 Expences like local travel 3 Months vehicle loading n unloading charges Nothing ...Nothing they have paid as well now after i left the company they are not answering calls. Such a bad company
