I have started my career here at zero knowledge on technical skills. First 8 months I have leant Japanese since this is a Japanese based company all the projects and communication will be happened on Japanese only. I have got a life time opportunity learnt Japanese with Japanese native trainers. Completed N4 with JLTP certification I have not spent single penny all sponsored by Company. After that they have trained me initial technical skills starting from html, Java Script, CSS and Database Concepts. Based on the employee interest they will move in to Application Development(SPA, PWA and Hybrid Apps) or SAP Implementation vertical either one. Since I have more interest in Japanese and Business, they have put me in QA and Business Analyst. Now I have done my N3 certification also I can directly communicate with clients and project team. Working as a bridge between client and developers also I have done my QA role. Japanese are very keen on Quality and time. So I have learnt lot from them from career wise it is help me to become a good employee and good human being. I am not sure I can get this much of opportunities from other companies.. Thanks Qedtek

In terms of learning new things are always possible with the support of management and by the clients. I have find people with the same pinch to establish my friendship in the work place. It always easy to communicate with all level people here and they are open to listen our problems and Ideas. 'Fun at work' - Management plan many fun related activities apart from the work. I am working here for more than 2 years and I never felt boredom here. We do movie nights, Trips and dinners and many more. The working place is more creative.

I have been working here for around 2.4 years. very good opportunity to learn and grow for professional work on Japanese environment. It is awesome to work in place where you are encouraged to be creative and share ideas.
