Nothing, they are not paying according to skills. They pay according to their mad owner.

I was frustrated there. Owner of Qdexi is so conservative person. He take decisions any time without asking anyone. Applicable rules on employees without think about pros and cons of his decisions. He want to make an multinational company in very low budget. He continuously costs cutting from existing employees and give hike to new employees without asking about their previous knowledge and experience.

Likes

The TL there is arrogant and act like she owns the whole place. Don't mention the boss he can't even pronounce his own company name. He says that he is providing luxury to his employees but he don't even provide the toilet paper. Don't go there.

Dislikes

The manager herself don't know anything and read everything online and ask team members questions and when they fail to answer them. She defame by telling them where is your knowledge now? Who made you an SEO.
