Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. Salary correction to the current market standards along with appraisal would be good. So many previous employees work for low salaries and new employees get salary according to the market standards. No other things in terms of work culture. Other things are excellent with QBurst.
