There are also programs like architects meet where you can meet other technologists to discuss and learn from their experiences

Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. You can take leaves whenever you want, nobody says no to it. You get free udemy account and learn whatever course you want without anybody's approval. Best company I have worked at so far.
