- If you are fresher, your salary might look like an OTP - You will not find any HR in case of any help. Very poor management. - If you want to find HR, it is the most excited person in the fun-fridays or any events. - You will face mis-management even after you leave the office.

They pay you well when you join but then appraisals are poor and you may get fired anytime once projects are finished.

1) This company is all about satisfyingly the ego of CXOs. The so called managers here keep them buttering and they give candies to them by stamping them with Director, VP and AVPs with no knowledge. 2) Even the CXO keeping blaming others in the meetings because they don't have any vision. They are only money minded people, who consider resources not more than slave just to cover their incapability in terms of planning and vision. 3) They don't have proper chairs to sit in the office. 4) They could fire you anytime with no reason. 5) Worst company ever. Don't just believe my words check old reviews too.

The best thing about QBS learning was that I could manage easily my personal and professional life. Second was that there was no such fixed entry and exit time. I just had to complete my prescribed log in hours and complete your work on time.

There were professional and helpful fellow contract workers and editorial staff.

Dislikes

This company refuses to honor contracts; as you can read in multiple places online, they often have contract work finished before telling the workers that they have decided NOT to honor invoices for one reason or the other. I was cautiously optimistic that this would not prove true...but unfortunately, I learned first hand that it is the company's MO. They stiffed my contract by $5000.
