The pay is OK compare to other companies. They are very flexible in working arrangement.

...ask after a few months and you notice no one is interested in the end product. Whenever there are opportunities, they choose to pay for external consultants (outsourced) instead of investing in internal employees. Because they are heavily outsourced, they also have to spend a lot of money on control, which makes the process very inefficient and slow. Once the consultants finish the task, no one in the business knows how things work as there is usually no people technical enough to understand or bother to understand. This ends up with many finger pointing exercise at occasions things are not working right. They acquire too many businesses in different regions and this makes a lot of politics. There are employees who have been there for more than 20 years and they would refuse to change and it makes it difficult for new employees to fit in. Old employees are impatient with new employees, they do not train new employees so new employees don't get to learn and would be given useless/boring tasks. Lack of opportunities given makes lack of growth and hence not a good place to grow career.
