Poor management, work politics, dissatisfied with work life balance. Some employees work for more than 12 hours and this is how you have to work to get recognized from Top Management.

Likes

People are very much supportive and they will guide you. You will get overall exposure how a testing lab works. You will get hands on experience various instruments such as HPLC, ICP-MS, LC-MS and GC-MS. Growth and Learning is there.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there at all. Management planning is worst. Projects are not properly planned. People are always in pressure related to work. Upraisal are not good and lot of politics are going on QA related Documentation work is not at all maintained properly.

QbD gives the chance for learning new things and In the lab there is the workolic people and motivate more. Am learn new things in the lab . All employees and staff are so much supportive.

Dislikes

There is no any thing which I dislike about QbD. There is one implementation in the work is do work in shift so it increases work.
