Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

13grade onwards the package is very good. Salary/appraisal is good. Good experience. Work environment/work life depends on the people who you work with.

Dislikes

Loads of stress, sometimes you have to work for 18hours and off course most of the managers and superiors don’t care about your health as they only want their work to be done. No appreciation and no employee value. Save money so that When you go back home you can spend the money earned on medical bills. And at time of crisis the HR will make you feel that you are sick so they can pack you back home.

Working with QATAR STEEL was a n amazing experience good enough salary but there was a lot of parcilaty and nipotisom in the section company is providing nothing during lockdown from past 4 months we are sitting in our houses no support from company sides as per we request the comany to help is through this time with some basic salary and housing allowance

The Company is so good , provide more facilities, good working environment .They give good salary but due to crisis of manpower more work load for individually work. Rest of things are good .
