13grade onwards the package is very good. Salary/appraisal is good. Good experience. Work environment/work life depends on the people who you work with.

Loads of stress, sometimes you have to work for 18hours and off course most of the managers and superiors don’t care about your health as they only want their work to be done. No appreciation and no employee value. Save money so that When you go back home you can spend the money earned on medical bills. And at time of crisis the HR will make you feel that you are sick so they can pack you back home....Read More

No job security Promotion not given by the seniors in time because seniors are afraid of there jobs will go if junior goes up Work done by all juniors but seniors only passing time and depending on juniors to finish the job mostly the expats seniors are of no use unnecessary earning salary without doing any jobs in the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Qatar steel is a big company but managment is poor like uneducated qatari specialty MD alhjri when he take charge of the qatar steel. Company going down fall. 1st april he take decision to terminate employee of the qatar steel that whole world lock down. 3 or 4 month employs sitting home without money becoz flight not available. Alhjri is a big scammer
