There is only one thing to like about salary will came on fix date no delay on salary.

There isn't any work culture,no improvement, no body will think about to apply any new technology, even management never discussed about improve the work culture, no body will get promotion even after 20 year of joining you will work on same post on which you joined.

Salary on time. CEO is Good.

No career growth.. No professional growth.. Professionaly not qualified Manager in Procurement. This manager get the work done by others and get the benifits...any mistakes blame his team..he doesn't know the basics of leadership qualities..

Working with QATAR STEEL was a n amazing experience good enough salary but there was a lot of parcilaty and nipotisom in the section company is providing nothing during lockdown from past 4 months we are sitting in our houses no support from company sides as per we request the comany to help is through this time with some basic salary and housing allowance

The Company is so good , provide more facilities, good working environment .They give good salary but due to crisis of manpower more work load for individually work. Rest of things are good .

Company is good but our section have no any promotion while you work long time and due to crisis of manpower work load too much.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
