Appraisal conducted is inly for paperwork. No salary increment or bonus paid to employees. Comapny policies are very unfavourable to employess specially in terms of benefits. HR staff would look to deduct money for every thing possible. If Your visa expires they refuse to renew till three months if u are on notice period and waiting for management to extend your job. Overall most of the employess leaving were unhappy with thier attitude towards end. I have heard very bad stories from my coleagues which i acn not share. Advise anyone not to join in entry level or mid level. May be top management guys have better experience

I was always lucky to work with a team which 'work together as family', we supported each other in battling every bottleneck and succeeded together.

Dislikes

The only things I dislike is that minimal career development or learning opportunities within the company. And job security is average, as the company does not keep any employee on payroll even if he/his team excelled in performance once the Client end the project services.
