Only job security, its a semi government company, there is no promotions and increment, heavy politics playing inside the company,. If you want job u can work otherwise put resign and go. No need to work hard because all orders will come. A little follow up is enough for this company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
