Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Considering the carrier growth and benefits , feel like working in a same position by saturated for long time.Expected to provide other facilities like club membership in order to maintain fit health.

Qatar Chemical Company is one of the best company in the world. I love to work in this culture and happy to work here in Q-chem. Very nice Safety environment, and taking care of us. We are following all procedure and policies as per Qatar stander.
