... a nice one till 2020 March after that the whole experience went down the hill . There was salary cut of 25 percent . Apart from money there is nothing.

Stupid rules and more rules which doesn't make any sense . Eg during initial training men can not speak to women in the Qatar building . But once you clear training you can fly together work party and stay in hotels does it make sense . No. During corona time crew cant go out after 9 PM till 7 am but they can fly a aircraft full of Qatari going for vacation to Turkey. Logic is certainly not a strong forte of QR .

Nothing just promising huge salary figure but will barely give you 2/3 of it

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries

Company policy, No leave in probation No festival celebration 3 years appraisal policy No promotion, if you want promotion then wait for the vacancy and needs to apply for the position like others

I just also don't know what I like in qatar airways. Bcz everything I get over there is all negative things. I try hard to work over there but didn't continue more than three months.

...ally now the standards of Qatar airways are very low....poor medical facility...u just got a good salary on time thats the only benefit over there

...ong-term ambition to work in a international reputed company like Qatar airways.Moreover they are providing good salary packages as well as good living environment for all the employees .
