I love to work in Qatar airline's cause it was my dream and too it's proffesional airline's rather than other environment and culture is good company members are too friendly

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is good but slow improvement

It is an five star airline. It was great working with this company. The best takeaway forme is working in a brand name company Qatar Airways a renowned airline and fast growing in the world. Work environment and the culture. They provided the best uniform (i was working in the airport) and taking care of staffs well.

Dislikes

...any provided good infrastructure and equipments as and it was a genuine request. They provided decent salary but could have reviewed atleast every two or three years as per the general environment

It's how you take it.. for me every company has it's own flaws.. if I say something disliking bout Qatar AIRWAYS it's wrong to say that, given me an opportunity to work that's the greatest of all, many people want to be there but can't, but I was chosen. Qatar AIRWAYS is the best and will be the best according to me

Nothing just promising huge salary figure but will barely give you 2/3 of it

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries
