Lack of management. All their HR does is lie about everything and then when your salary arrives, you're told you are wrong and they never said those things. Biggest frauds of all time. Change salary structures without letting SMEs know. This job was a literal test of my patience.

...people you'll ever find. They blame SMEs for everything. It's always SMEs fault. And they cut salary at every smallest chance. Threaten to fire you ta every another chance. As if their company is even workable.

They gave me a lot of stress adn shot down my confidence. At least I can handle frauds like them better now.

Constant salary cuts. Constant rising expectations. No Management. Blaming everything on the SMEs. Higher executive unresponsive even to their own HR. Highest level of NEPOTISM. No employee benefits.

...ing question became a constant problem. Quality can be compromised for quantity. They asked to increase the number of questions or they will not pay the full salary. They then deducted the salary based on random targets. I really enjoyed solving the questions, but No one can do it for free. I'm not doing charity especially when the executives at the company are constantly enjoying themselves off some islands. I found out later that the pay was low as well. Almost half as of other companies. This was pure leeching.

...f the advanced questions right". As if he can solve even one in whole day lol. Salary deductions at every possible book and corner. Uninterested project managers from non subject background handling compex subjects from Science and Commerce. Useless management and HR team including the CEO. Only thing he cares about is maximizing the number of questions from SMEs, which is fair and all but you gotta take care of your newbies to get them upto the speed. They cut salaries of newbies like they're a fraud. While they're just learning and increasing their production consistently. In the end everything is connected to number of question. They don't care about quality at all apart from a few random meetings where they'll try to scare SMEs by not paying salaries. A bunch of crooks is what they are. Join if you want some realtime experience of how bad the employment condition is. Never expect much and never overwork for them. Keep working on your backup. Trust me, you don't wanna get stuck here.
