...ing question became a constant problem. Quality can be compromised for quantity. They asked to increase the number of questions or they will not pay the full salary. They then deducted the salary based on random targets. I really enjoyed solving the questions, but No one can do it for free. I'm not doing charity especially when the executives at the company are constantly enjoying themselves off some islands. I found out later that the pay was low as well. Almost half as of other companies. This was pure leeching.

Low pay than other players in the industry. Lack of proper communication. Unnecessary hassle over salary. Need to contact multiple times to make them listen even smallest of things.

Weird salary structure and changing expectations. The management is reactive and not proactive. They never listen to SMEs. Only care about number of questions you do, quality doesn't matter. And your salary will suffer if the number of questions is less, and quality really doesn't matter.

Low paying and then deductions on that as well. Late payment. Constant hassle even for getting your own salary. Literally have to beg. Full of nepotism. Full of self important jerks at higher positions.

...f the advanced questions right". As if he can solve even one in whole day lol. Salary deductions at every possible book and corner. Uninterested project managers from non subject background handling compex subjects from Science and Commerce. Useless management and HR team including the CEO. Only thing he cares about is maximizing the number of questions from SMEs, which is fair and all but you gotta take care of your newbies to get them upto the speed. They cut salaries of newbies like they're a fraud. While they're just learning and increasing their production consistently. In the end everything is connected to number of question. They don't care about quality at all apart from a few random meetings where they'll try to scare SMEs by not paying salaries. A bunch of crooks is what they are. Join if you want some realtime experience of how bad the employment condition is. Never expect much and never overwork for them. Keep working on your backup. Trust me, you don't wanna get stuck here.
