Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

According to company policy freshers will be working for 3 months free of cost , next 6 months as a consultant for 10000 per month , later they will make as a permanent employee. But they don't even with stand with their works . The Managing Director is a big fraud .

If you are a slave to the top management then you'll definitely have a list of answers to this question.

Dislikes

Everything. The top management is bias, insensitive and will make you work on everything except for your own KRA and will crib about business loss during appraisal
