Great for freshers. Freshers will get great opportunity to learn and showcase their skills. No need to work after working hours.

Dislikes

The salary is always late. If questioned, they have some silly answers for that. No hikes. When asked they will say "we talk about it next month". They have been telling the employees everyone will get a hike in the next 3-4 months. Now its been a year and they still say that. The leave system is terrible. They have designed the leave system in a way that you always get an LOP (Loss Of Pay). Need to submit medical certificate for sick leave even for headache. No work from home. Strict timings. Even if you are a second late you will get an Half day LOP. They have 9.5 hours working hours including half an hour for Lunch and Tea break each.

Likes

Nothing Much, Only thing is we will get hands on experience on live projects. Most of the projects are Qatar based projects, so we will get a good exposure.

Dislikes

Management is really bad, No salary hikes, We will get salary hike every 2 years which is less than 3000rs. Strict timing, even if you are late by 1 second half day salary will be deducted from your salary. Can't leave early even if you have any emergency. No WFH. If you are sick and you want to apply for sick leave you need to submit medical certificate. No emergency leaves are allowed, For annual leave we need apply one month before, for casual leave you need to apply before 3 days. All companies have 8hr work policy, but here it's 8.5hr's some days it will take more than 8 and a half hour, additional payment is based on basic pay which is too low. Total 9.5 hours of work which include half hour lunch break and 15 min morning tea break and another 15 min evening tea break. No benefits. Salary is always late. Strict Management, the management doesn't care about the employees.
