My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from senior employees. Overall it's a great work environment.

Dislikes

There are giving a salary too low for the trainee. Otherwise, this is a good platform to work. and currently, all Saturdays are working days.

1. Good environment to learn for freshers 2. Friendly employees, Easy to approach the seniors and they are helpful for the freshers to understand the project better. 3. Providing a list of free courses to learn and upgrade our skills that will be useful for the future.

Best and Respectful management. Supporting managers to work flexibly. Always motivating employees to learn something new and they provide opportunities also. Management help employee to enhance other skill also and they appreciated with rewards too.

I like to work in this company for long time because it gives me a great support to my life financially. And also we can able to learn, work and earn side by side in this company. Our Managers give me a lot of suggestions to grow in this field whether it may be learning of the popular tools and how to get certified in this field internationally.

Good work life balance, great place to work ,Senior employees are always ready to support, .Manager is the backbone of our success, Job Security is also one of the main thing working here.
